The bed frame arrived well packaged with all parts included and was easy to build. The instructions were clear, although the reversible layout means you need to pay attention to orientation during assembly. Once built, the frame is sturdy, quiet, and looks great—no squeaks or wobbling. Overall, I am extremely happy with the product and the service.

Because it is a low-profile design, room layout matters when opening the drawers, and a thinner mattress works better if you want to keep the upper shelves fully accessible. Making the bed can also be a little less convenient because of the surrounding structure. Overall, it is a nice, functional bed, although I think a few design details could be improved.
